Reservations

A reservation is confirmed once you receive a booking reference. Rates are per room per night and are quoted in Indian Rupees.

Rooms are held until 11:59 PM on the arrival date unless you tell us you will arrive later.

Rates and taxes

Displayed room rates exclude a 5% service charge and 12% GST, which are shown separately before you confirm.

Occupancy

Occupancy limits per room category are shown on each room page and are strictly enforced for safety reasons.

Conduct

We ask guests to respect quiet hours between 10:30 PM and 7:00 AM. Smoking is not permitted indoors.

Liability

Jeevan Residency is not liable for loss of valuables not deposited in the in-room safe or at reception.
